Install and set up
Download, install, and get to the point where the till opens.

Installing takes a few minutes. Most shops are ringing up real sales the same day.
Before you start
You need one Windows computer that stays switched on while the shop is open, and an internet connection — once. After setup the till works offline for as long as it has to.
If you are going to run more than one till, pick the machine for the main register first. It should be the one least likely to be unplugged, moved, or switched off by someone tidying up.
Install
- Sign in and download the installer from your account.
- Run it. Everything is included — there is no separate database to install.
- When it opens, choose Main register.
The app then starts its database and prepares it. On a first run this takes a minute or two. It is doing real work, not hanging.
Create your business
Choose Add a business and enter your shop's details — name, address, and the currency you sell in.
Then sign in with the account you created when you signed up. This is the step that links this shop to your subscription.
Your business is created only after that sign-in works. If you type the wrong password, or the plan has no room for another till, nothing has been written and you can simply try again. There is no half-made shop left behind to clean up.
Write down the connection details
When setup finishes, the screen shows this computer's address and a database password. Copy both somewhere safe. You need them to connect a second till later, and the password is generated per install — no other machine can guess it and we cannot look it up for you.
What next
- Add your first products, or import them from a spreadsheet if you already have a list
- Take your first sale
- Give your staff their own logins
